| Opis | The Bad Plus powrócił do Sony, podpisując umowę z Sony Music Masterworks. Muzycy słyną z dekonstrukcji popularnego repertuaru oraz dużej awangardy muzycznej. Wydaje się więc być zupełnie naturalne dla niegrzecznych chłopców jazzu, aby nagrać własną wersję kontrowersyjnego dzieła Strawińskiego "Święto wiosny". Nowe nagranie zawiera unikalną wersję tego utworu, którym The Bad Plus zadebitował podczas trasy koncertowej w 2011 r. roku w widowisku multimedialnym zatytułowanym "On Sacred Ground: Stravinsky's Rite of Spring". Pokaz zyskał powszechne uznanie krytyki. The New York Times nazwał ich interpretację "piorunującą", a The Boston Globe opisuje ją jako "radosną ... dramatyczną, dynamiczną". Przez ostatnie trzynaście lat The Bad Plus z basistą Reidem Andersonem, pianistą Ethanem Iversonem i perkusistą Davidem Kingiem zburzyli mury konwencji jazzowej i stworzyli bezkompromisowy dorobek artystyczny, wzbudzając wiele emocji i stając się inpiracją dla wielu artystów jazzowych.
