This time the volume is dedicated to socio-economic, infrastructural as well as political issues. The Lublin center is one of the leading academic and research institutions dealing with the issue of the policies of the countries of Central and Eastern Europe. The presented analyses provide qualitatively new material, confirming the prestigious place of UMCS on the map of scientific centers.
